  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all locations within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We use reliable courier partners to deliver your products.

  • Standard Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight/size.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your Gojeeva.in account.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Gojeeva.in is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment at either of the following email addresses with your order details and photos of any damage:

     

  • We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Delays
