🕒 Return Eligibility Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
📦 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in original condition.

Keep original packaging and product tags intact.

A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof of issue (e.g., damage, wrong item).
Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

Fragile home decor items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Sale/discounted items or custom orders
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges if:

The item is damaged or defective (as shown in the unboxing video)

The wrong item was sent
To process an exchange, contact us with your order details and video proof within 7 days.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued:

To your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, via bank transfer
Please allow 8–15 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping is covered by Gojeeva if the return is approved.
We’ll share the return label and instructions after verification.
